Service Policies

Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance via our website.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time.
• Full payment is due prior to your scheduled session.
• Retainer packages must be paid in full before beginning.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Remote Consultations

• Clients must provide floor plans, photos, and objectives 48 hours in advance.
• Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

In-Person Sessions

• Offered in select locations; travel fees may apply.
• The space must be clean, accessible, and safe.
• We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is inappropriate or unsafe.

Energy Work Disclaimer

Energy clearings and blessings are spiritual and intuitive services. They are not clinical therapy or medical treatments and should be considered complementary practices only.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke and energetic nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
